License

By either emailing or uploading images you assert the following:

  1. You possess the rights to the images you are uploading (if you took the pictures, you're OK).
  2. You agree to release the images under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License. This will allow others to reuse/redistribute the images (as long as they agree to share-alike with their derivative works).
If you want the images to be distributed with attribution be sure to include your name/alias/email address when submitting. This is not necessary if you don't care if others redistribute the images without giving you credit.
